Tonight is the season 9 finale of Supernatural. I don’t even have to worry about spoilers when I say that it is going to be painful (it is Supernatural after all). It is time for fans to brace themselves, so when this “survival kit” came across one of my dashboards today, I knew I needed to share it. I don’t disagree. Tonight’s going to be painful, folks.

- Appointment with therapist, if necessary
